Questions can be sent any time 24-7, including on weekends and holidays. Our working hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Saturday, except on National Holidays. Any bookings made Monday to Friday are processed and sent to you the next working day. Bookings received over the weekend are sent out on Monday by 7.00 pm.
